COMMUNITY RITUALS

Cantor Stein with her guitar at Vassar Temple's Tashlich in Poughkeepsie New York

Many opportunities for belonging and connection exist outside of traditional settings. I have been blessed to be invited into many communities to celebrate holidays, learn together, and perform rituals to create meaning and memories.

From a Passover seder at a nursing home to a Shabbat candle lighting in the Urubamba Valley of Peru, I have seen the power of creating a sacred space within diverse community.

If you are looking to create a unique experience for your Jewish community, I am happy to help you design a meaningful program.

“In 2018, we invited Cantor Stein to lead our school seder. Her words lifted us all and I am so grateful that she counseled us and reminded us about the Passover message. She's been back every year since, even doing a virtual seder with us during the pandemic. The students look forward to her visit each spring. We’ll see her again next year in NYC!” - Laura H.
